Those of you familiar with Akerworks™ products may already know Akerworks™ bobbins were designed by an engineer and an architect to make spinning enjoyable and relaxing. You also may know that you can choose among twenty colors and six styles for the 3D-printed whorls—or that the bobbins break down for easy travel and storage. But… did you know that Akerworks™ bobbins hold more fiber, for most styles, than the related manufacturer’s bobbin? Akerworks™: We like making things.

Named for the Three Fates and the Three Graces in Greek Mythology, Infinite Twist Fates and Graces are three-packs of cake-dyed gradient yarns. They are sisters (from the same dye lot), but not triplets. Each cake is 200 yards long, and knits up into five unique stripes. Variegated, speckled, or semi-solid, each stripe brings something new to your needles. To showcase these gorgeous gradients, Infinite Twist has worked up an easy Bias Scarf Kit featuring Fates and Graces. If you can k2tog and m1, you can knit this scarf!Perfect for purse- or travel-knitting, and available in the Infinite Twist shop.

On the Needles:(0:33)
Gigi is working on the collar of the Sidewalk sweater. The hem is done and bound off! And the neckline is half picked up.
Jasmin will link to the Knit Girlll's episode where the girls talk about Stash Dash.
Gigi wound yarn for another Bias Cowl out of yarn since she finished the cowl out of yarn from the Neighborhood Fiber Company. It is perfect for watching tv, and nap time. She wound yarn for two more, one out of Oink Pigment in Wine Knot Cabernet Sauvignon (?) the other one is a black from A Hundred Ravens.
Jasmin has made some progress on the body of the Hearthstone pullover by Ysolda Teague in Twisted Owl “Eye Searing Pink”.
Jasmin talks about editing the interview with Jill Draper, and the yarn we spun for the SPAKAL, and the Calligraphy cardigan. Also, she has a sweaters worth of handspun, and she thinks she wants to knit this Alana Dakos sweater out of it.
Gigi has finished the instant coffee socks by C.C. Almon, and she cast on another pair of socks out of Regia.
Conquering Mt. Knitmore. Gigi finished washing sweaters for storage. Now that she is done washing, she wants to take a Gleener to them to remove the pills.
She also wants to block her stash of finished shawls.
Stash Dash has started! (May 26 until end of August) This is hosted by the Knit Girllls

Week 3: Spin 1 oz to test wheel/fiber
Gigi has a Loop batt that she wants to use. Jasmin suggests spinning it as a single. She suggests reading the article in Ply magazine. Also, Jasmin has been spinning on the device to practice. Join Team Sasquatch.
Jasmin messed up the direction on her Device. She now has 2 plies of Z spun singles and 1 ply of S spun single. Solution is to run the S spun single through again on Z before plying.
Jasmin also spun the Edward batt, and some of the Abby silk on her Device.
She mentions the Sit and Spin video that we reviewed.
And Sew On:(57:52)
Gigi is planning to sew preemie shirts. She downloaded patterns from twentyfiveandfour.com (patterns range from 1lb to 7.5).
She copied the patterns onto Swedish pattern paper, cut out a few shirts out of Frozen themed flannel.
